a good retreat
hotel team general manager excellent variety thoughtful detail
i appreciated the hotel team's warmth. ameya, the general manager. i found the food excellent, deciding to have all meals at the hotel restaurant (the variety was excellent). every detail was taken care of thoughtfully.
I noticed some instances where i had to remind the staff for certain things. I think service can improve in this area.
